So your kids can't tie shoes? Check this out!

My 5 year old hasn't grasped the shoe tying yet and I needed to find a way to make it easier on not only her but myself She's constantly stepping on the laces and untying her shoes so she can try to tie them herself. Well I came across HICKIES! My child can now put on her shoes quickly and not have to worry about pesky laces and they look crazy cute! I got an offer to try them and the are my opinions and mine alone. I can't tell you how easy this has become. So if you messed some look up www.hickies.com They are priced well too!

Go back to the medieval times!

My family was offered an opportunity to go to Medieval Times and this is my opinion and mine alone. We had an amazing time! My mom, my sister, and my 5 year old daughter. Medieval Times is very family oriented and the employees stay in character making the experience even more fun. When we finally got into the arena we were greeted with stadium style seating and beautiful lighting. The knights of the realm are all colored and the seating is separated into the colors. We had the red knight. As the show started we were offered our drinks and as the show went on we had tomato bisque soup, a chicken quarter, half of a roasted potato, garlic bread, and buttered corn on the cob. At the end of the show we had a lovely piece of pound cake. The dinner was excellent! As for the show it was awesome! They showed off all of their beautiful horses and even had one that danced through the lower arena. Then the main event started, the joust. The knights came out in full gear, they ran their horses and collided just like the medieval days. Once their joust sticks broke they were down on the ground sword fighting! My daughter was having the best time watching everything unfold. To see her light up through this whole experience was amazing. She was even thrown a flower directly to her from our red knight (with the help of me standing her in the chair so he could see her.) If you have a medieval times near you, I would definitely reccomend you take the opportunity to go. It's an amazing family friendly experience!
